Brands
— The brands and companies I've built.
Brands and Business
Eis Cafe
A gourmet ice cream and coffee brand. I designed the logo and branding from a simple idea of offering high quality, delicious products with a luxe spin. With this business, I was creative director, brand developer, marketer and operations. I built the whole business from the ground up from one food trailer to a fleet of food trucks.
From the truck build-outs, to the menu and product development and systems design, I poured my heart, soul, blood and sweat into this particular business. We’ve been serving the Great Phoenix region since 2020.
Wartega
A micro brewery built in Industry City, Brooklyn, New York. I worked closely with designers to bring the inspiration to life online and on bottle. The slight tilt of the ‘W’ is a nod to the New York subway maps, where north is always a bit to the left.
I built the brewery in an empty bay on the 6th floor from scratch, and shared a tap room with a prominent distillery. We developed beers with ancient ale ingredients in small batches, distributed throughout the city. In 2020, the brewery closed to move to Arizona, where it was indefinitely shuttered due to the pandemic.
Brewminaries
Founded by myself and 5 other members in 2015, the Brewminaries set out to connect homebrewers of NYC. I created the logo, and the majority of backend systems to run the organization from event management, finance, budget, and website frameworks. As a team we developed programs, and initiatives to help fledging homebrewers discover and refine their craft.
This organization is still running today on the foundation built by the founding members. Since the inception, the subsequent leadership teams have improved and further developed the organizations systems with individual expertise. It is a highly successful non-profit organization that is leading home brewing education – and beer consumption – in New York City.
